A versatile stabilizer which can be used in a variety of coating system. RIASORB UV-5060 is a synergistic blend of UVA/HALS for a wide range of coatings for wood, plastics and metal. THASORB UV-5060 provides protection of coatings against cracking, loss of gloss, and color change. The non-basic character of the used HALS prevents possible interactions with acidic paint ingredients such as catalysts, biocides and pigments.

U-pack UV-5151 is a liquid light stabilizer blend developed specifically for coatings. The product is a versatile light stabilizer which can be used in a wide variety of clear and pigmented coating systems, based on water-borne or solvent-borne paint technology. Due to the hydrophilic nature of the product it is especially suited for use in water-borne coatings.

A light stabilizer belonging to the HALS class. RIASORB UV-292 is a highly effective liquid stabilizer used for a wide range of polymers. The product has low volatility and is thermally stable.

A liquid NOR type HALS specifically used in coatings. RIASORB UV-123 is a liquid stabilizer based on aminoether functionality. Because of its
special structure, the product has low alkaline, so it can prevent interactions with acidic or other aggressive media.

A light stabilizer belonging to the benzotriazole class of UV absorbers. RIASORB UV-P features a strong absorption of ultraviolet radiation in the 300-400 nm regions. It also has a high degree of photo stability over long periods of light exposure which make an effective stabilizer against the effects of ultraviolet light.

RIASORB UV-928 is a new light stabilizer of the hydroxyphenyl benzotriazole class developed specially for high performance coating applications. The product has excellent solubility and high thermal and environmental permanence, which makes it particularly suitable for coatings exposed to high temperature curing processes.

RIASORB UV-400 shows high thermal stability and performance for coatingsexposed to high bake cycles and/or extreme environmental conditions. RIASORB UV-400 isdeveloped as an interaction-free UV absorber for use in amine and/or metal catalyzed coating systems.

A light stabilizer belonging to the benzotriazole class of UV absorbers. RIASORB UV-329 protects polymers from UV radiation, helping to preserve theoriginal appearance and physical integrity of molded articles, films, sheets, and fibers during outdoor weathering.

A light stabilizer belonging to the benzotriazole class of UV absorbers. RIASORB UV-328 is a strong ultraviolet light absorber in the 290-400nm region. It provides effective light stabilization and prevents the yellowing and degradation of polymers.

with all common solvents but also easily incorporated into water borne systems.

Translink® 77 kaolin is an ultra-fine particle-size calcined grade featuring high brightness. Translink 77 kaolin is highly pulverized for better dispersion and is surface treated with a vinyl functional additive. It is premium-performance reinforcing extender, designed to reduce water transmission in cross-linked polyethylene and EPR polymer systems when used in electrical applications.

Translink® 37 kaolin is a fine particle-size grade featuring high brightness.It is highly pulverized for better dispersion, surface treated with a vinyl functional additive and has been processed to remove significantly more residue. Translink 37 kaolin is a high performance reinforcing extender designed to reduce water transmission in cross-linked polyethylene and EPR polymer systems when used in electrical applications.

Ultrex® HP is a structured and engineered calcined kaolin with high brightness. It has been dehydroxylated to remove water of crystallization. It has been pulverized to provide ease of dispersion. Ultrex HP is recommended for use in various coatings and plastics applications.

Satintone® W kaolin is a fine particle-size grade featuring high brightness. It has been dehydroxylated by controlled heat treatment to remove crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups and to improve brightness. Satintone W kaolin is a general-purpose grade used in a wide variety of paint and polymeric systems.

Satintone® 5HB kaolin is an ultra-fine particle-size grade featuring very high brightness. Satintone 5HB has been dehydroxylated by controlled heat treatment for removal of crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups and to improve brightness. Satintone 5HB kaolin is highly pulverized for better dispersion. Satintone 5HB kaolin is widely used as an extender in flat and satin paints as it provides a high degree of opacity and tint strength.

Mattex® PRO is a specially engineered kaolin-based product for architectural paint applications with improved scrub resistance and
burnish. It is uniquely structured to provide very high scrub resistance properties and very low sheen while maintaining excellent hide.

Buca® kaolin is a highly pulverized, very fine particle-size, standard brightness grade of aluminum silicate with a neutral pH. Buca is chemically inert and has been specially modified with dispersants.

ASP® NC X-1 kaolin is a spray dried, delaminated grade of aluminum silicate. ASP NC X-1 is chemically inert and has been specially modified with dispersants for ease of dispersion. ASP NC X-1 kaolin’s delaminated structure improves stain resistance and washability in paints. It also improves mud-crack resistance while reducing porosity. It is an excellent TiO2 extender and improves the opacity of paints. ASP NC X-1 are ideal for applications requiring barrier resistance for mechanical rubber goods.

ASP® G92 high gloss kaolin is a micro fine particle-size grade of aluminum silicate TiO2 extender featuring superior gloss and high brightness. The product provides ease of dispersion, high Hegman grind and TiO2 extension in water-borne paints and coatings only and is available in spray-dried bead form for easier handling and less dusting. ASP G92 high gloss kaolin is designed for use in a broad range of architectural and industrial water-borne paints and coatings.

ASP® G90 high gloss kaolin is a micro fine particle-size grade aluminum silicate TiO2 extender featuring superior gloss and high brightness. ASP G90 kaolin high gloss is designed for use in architectural and industrial, water-borne and solvent-borne gloss and semi-gloss coatings.

ASP® 400P kaolin is our coarsest particle-size grade of aluminum silicate. ASP 400P is highly pulverized, is lower in brightness, has a higher aspect ratio than other ASP hydrous kaolins and is chemically inert. ASP 400P kaolin is widely used in industrial and architectural primers as it improves enamel holdout. Its low oil absorption allows for higher loading in paints. It is also designed for use in stains.

ASP® 200 kaolin is a very fine particle-size, standard brightness grade of aluminum silicate. It is highly pulverized and is chemically inert. ASP 200 kaolin is recommended for use in solvent-borne and water-borne primers and topcoats, as well as for use in industrial, coil, appliance and various undercoats. It is also widely used in electro-deposition paints.

ASP® 170 kaolin is made using a process to create a very fine particle-size grade of aluminum silicate, featuring premium brightness. It is also available as spray-dried beads form. ASP 170 kaolin is chemically inert and has been specially modified with dispersants for ease of dispersion. ASP 170 kaolin is a versatile product for use in gloss and semi-gloss coatings and in a variety of ink applications.
